First, check
with your cellular service provider to ensure your phone is enabled
for the web. If you're using a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA),
talk to your Internet service provider and make sure your rate plan
covers wireless access.
Then all you
need is your member number, Telephone Teller/Home Banking PIN, and
web-enabled device. If you do not have a Telephone Teller/Home Banking
PIN, please complete our on-line
application or contact Teller Services for a sign-up form, at
972-263-9497.
Web-Enabled
Cellular Phones:
Palm
V, Palm VII, or Visor Users:
- If you are
a Palm V, Palm VII, or Visor user, you will need to download
a pqa file, which will be installed on your PDA. For more
information, read
the instructions for installing Wireless Banking on your palm.
If you aren't a Palm V, Palm VII, or Visor user, read the instructions
below for Other PDA Users.
- Open the
file. An installment tool will open, arranging the installation
of the pqa file onto your PDA.
- Hot Sync
your PDA to install the pqa file onto it.
- When you
are ready to start banking, launch the pqa file.
- Input your
account (member number) and Home Banking PIN Password. Then choose
Logon.
- Start Banking!
