in a "New Wheels" savings account. Whatever your savings
goal is, you can name the Member's Choice Savings Account and work
toward making your goal a reality. Sign up for Payroll Deduction
and watch the account grow.
Money
Market Account
To keep up with the latest available interest rates, a money market
account makes sense. Rates are declared and interest paid each week,
so you can earn a higher short term rate with a $2,000 minimum balance.
The money market account also offers investment flexibility. You
may make unlimited deposits and withdrawals in person or by mail.
Pre-authorized transfers, telephone transfers to other CUofTX accounts,
and withdrawals may be made up to a total of three per month. In
addition, you may write a maximum of three checks drawn on your
money market account each month.

Premium
Money Market Account
Looking for an investment that will really perform? Check out our
Premium Money Market Account. This account pays well above market
rates monthly. Six withdrawals and transfers are allowed per month.
With our Premium Money Market Account there is no limit on deposits
and the minimum balance is $25,000.

Mega Money Market Account
This account is for sophisticated savers who enjoy the freedom of liquidity, yet also demand a higher return for their investment dollars. Six withdrawals and transfers are allowed per month. With our Mega Money Market Account there is no limit on deposits and the minimum balance is $150,000. A minimum deposit of $10,000 in funds not currently on deposit at CUofTX is also required.

Retirement Accounts

Texas will start you in the right direction. The interest you earn
in your IRA accumulates tax-deferred or tax-free.* Open an IRA Accumulator
Account with only a $50 deposit. With a $2,000 investment, a variety
of Traditional and Roth Term IRA options are available. Education
IRAs are also available.

Certificates
of Deposit
Lock in a competitive interest rate for periods of 6 to 60 months
with a Certificate of Deposit. The rate you earn depends on the
deposit amount and term you select. A minimum deposit of $2,000
is required.

Step-Up Certificates
If you want the safety of a CD, but don't
want to miss out on the possibility of rising interest rates,
open a Step-Up Certificate. Step-Up CDs are available in 24,
36, 48 and 60 month terms. If our CD rates increase during
the term of your Step-Up CD, you have the option to "step
up" to the new, higher rate! You are allowed to take one step
up during the life of a 24, 36, or 48 month CD and two steps
up during the life of a 60 month CD.
