ATM Application

Access your accounts from any ATM machine using the Credit Union of Texas ATM card. All it requires is an ATM card and personal identification number (PIN). Use the ATM card at one of the many CUofTX ATM locations or any other ATM machine. Select one of the following options to complete an ATM application

Download the ATM Application in an Adobe Acrobat PDF format. Complete the application and Fax it to us at 972-301-4767, or mail it to the attention of Member Services. You will need Acrobat Reader to view this application. If you do not have Acrobat Reader, you may download it for free.
