Life Insurance: CUofTX offers life insurance coverage in the amount of two times annual salary. Premium cost is paid 100% by the Credit Union.
Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance: CUofTX offers AD&D insurance coverage in the amount of two times annual salary. Premium cost is paid 100% by the Credit Union.
Long Term Disability Insurance: CUofTX offers LTD insurance to replace compensation lost due to disability. Premium cost is 100% paid by the Credit Union.
Medical Insurance: CUofTX offers a comprehensive medical insurance plan.
Dental Insurance: CUofTX offers the choice of two dental plans; a DMO plan and an indemnity plan.
401-K Plan: CUofTX employees have the opportunity to participate in a 401-K plan with several mutual funds available as investment vehicles.
Paid Vacation: CUofTX employees earn up to (5) five weeks paid vacation, based on service time.
Paid Holidays: CUofTX employees are eligible for up to (12) twelve paid holidays, including their birthday.
Paid Personal Days: CUofTX employees are eligible for up to (2) two paid personal days per year.
Paid Bereavement Days: In the event of a death in the immediate family, CUofTX employees are eligible for up to (3) three paid bereavement days.
Paid Marriage Leave: CUofTX employees can accumulate up to (3) three paid days leave in the event of their marriage.
Educational Incentive Program: CUofTX offers eligible employees the opportunity to continue or further their job related undergraduate, technical, or other business education through our tuition and books assistance program.
